About Us
Penton Properties has been designing and
building residential rental properties in Wilmington, NC since 1990. These
family owned and operated units fill a niche in Wilmington for those that
do not want to live in a large noisy apartment project or a small outdated
garage apartment.

Our management is prompt and
professional, and our properties are quiet and well maintained.
Our usual tenant is someone who is well past their
college years, and is employed locally as a professional in health care,
education, law practice, sales, or management. They may be planning to buy a
house, or just prefer the freedom of leasing.
We are frequently recommended
by our tenants to their friends or relatives who may be moving. We think
this
says a lot about the way we do business.
Requirements
The requirements for approval
of tenancy include a good credit history and full background report,
including
references. A one year lease commitment is standard, and pets may be
approved in certain units with a pet fee. We
require a deposit equal to one month's rental amount upon execution of the
lease.
