Take Oleander Drive toward the beach; make a right onto 41st Street next to First Citizens. Take a left at the next stop light which will be Lake Avenue. About a 1/4 mile on the right will be Lake Avenue Townhomes.
Directions from the University
Take College Road South towards Carolina Beach; Go through the intersection of Oleander Drive and next stop light will be Lake Avenue (across from Hugh McRae Park), make a right onto Lake Avenue and about a 1/2 a mile on the left will be Lake Avenue Townhomes.
