* As a reminder rent is due on the 1st of every month and late after 5:00pm on the 5th of the month even if the 5th falls on a weekend.  Also, please remember you are not to put rent in the drop boxes after the 5th of the month.

* We have also set up a new e-mail account for any work-order/repair requests.  All requests must be put to us in writing by either e-mail, Rentalrepairs@pentondevelopment.com or by fax, 452-7768.

* If you are not already aware, New Hanover County Water & Sewer and City of Wilmington Water & Sewer have now combine into the Cape Fear Public Utility Authority.  As they have been making this transition a few problems arouse and they are still trying to work out all the kinks.  So please be patient with them and with us, as they have changed most of their policies.
